1.  How is  my product shipped?

            Most items are shipped by UPS.  However, there are other options.

2. How is shipping handled with multiple items or shippers?

          A.  Multiple items from one shipper may be combined in one box to reduce shipping costs and handling.  However, if it's a large item it may have to be shipped separately.

          B.  Multiple items from different warehouse shippers, each shipper will charge from there point of origin but will try to combine as much as possible.

          C.  If shipping seems high, call us to set up custom shipping.  If in a hurry, place your order, we will figure the shipping and credit back the unused shipping charges.  It nice to say thank you with a credit.  Also note: we are in the camping business not the shipping business.  To make this work for us we need you happy and satisfied.

 3. What is your refund policy?

               Call 888-650-CAMP  (2267)  to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER  (RA#)

               30 days return policy

               15% Restocking Fee                 $10.00 Exchange Fee

 All products must be in new, unopened condition if it is being returned to the shipper.
Examples of new, unopened products:
- A piece of clothing that still has the tags attached and/or has not been worn
- An item that has not been assembled

Examples of products that our suppliers will refuse: 
- A boot with mud on it (has been worn outside)
- Items without the shrink-wrap around the original box
- Any bubble-packed item that has been opened

Refused items will be shipped directly back to you , and you will not be credited. You will also be charged  return freight costs of your order.  For this reason, it is important that you understand the condition of your  products before requesting a return from us.

  4.  Is there a minimum order?

            No.
